#12 Load an ICE (In Case of Emergency) into your mobile phone
Make sure it gives the title of the person they are calling (e.g. wife, brother etc.) as well as their number and store it in your contacts as ICE. Emergency services are trained to look for this in the event you aren’t able to tell them who you are etc.
